Introduction:

Centre of Automotive & Powertrain Technology (CAPT) is officially established in 2021 with the aim of fostering research and consultancy services in the area of automotive technology. With more than 35 years of combined multidisciplinary research and industry experience, the group has a proven track-record to become a key player in the area. The group has patented five (5) products, secured more than RM1.4 million research grants and over RM780,000 consultancy fees, and won several awards from national and international bodies; MTE, INATEX, ITEX, RISE, GRDS, and WASTRI.
