📢 PSM INFO: CLAIM SUBMISSION 2026 (PHASE 2)
Assalamualaikum & greetings,
Please be informed that the deadline for PSM claim submission is as follows:
🗓️ Deadline: 20 November 2026 (Friday)
🕓 Time: Before 4:00 PM (to Admin. Office, Pn Nayli)
📌 Submission Steps:
1️⃣ Fill in the Claim Form: click here
(Please attach the original receipt for the current year’s claim)
2️⃣ Submit the hardcopy to the FTK Administration Office (Refer Pn. Nayli Batrisya)
3️⃣ Submit the softcopy via the Google Form link : click here ⚠️Important Notes:
Claims can only be made once, either during PSM 1 or PSM 2
Maximum claim amount: RM300 (subject to the faculty’s available budget)
Policy: First Come, First Served
