  1. Static Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine: ideal material testing instrument to determine tensile, compression and bending strength for a wide range of materials and applications.

  1. Drinkable Water Treatment Proces Pilot Plant: The conventional treatment pilot plant is a gravity flow, dual-train conventional treatment plant.
  2. Fume Hood: A fume hood is typically a large piece of equipment enclosing five sides of a work area, the bottom of which is most commonly located at a standing work height.
  3. Horizontal Cylindrical Pressure Steam Sterillizer: WS series horizontal pressure sterilizer is the equipment that disinfects and sterilizes the objects with saturated steam, its structure is horizontal and heating way I; electric heating and direct steam heating.
  4. Reverse Osmosis Unit: Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification technology that uses a semipermeable membrane to remove ions, molecules and larger particles from drinking water.
  5. Buchi Kjeldahl System: The determination of total Kjeldahl Nitrogen (TKN) in water and waste water is a routine procedure used to ensure water quality.

  1. Hydrology Study System Apparatus: Hydrology Study System Apparatus can be used to study seepage and groundwater flows after precipitation.
  2. Open Channel: Open Channel is used to demonstrate different flow processes at different control structures in the open channel.
  3. Francis Turbine:Francis Turbine is a reaction turbine. The water enters the turbine through the outer periphery of the runner in the radial direction and leaves the runner in axial direction and hence it is called a mixed flow turbine.

  1. Flow Over Weir Apparatus: To investigate the discharge-head characteristics of a rectangular and triangular weirs.Static Hydraals and applications.
  2. Flow Through Orifice Apparatus: Allows to measure the Decrease in Flow, Contraction of the Stream and Energy Loss.
  3. Impact of Jet: The Impact of a Jet apparatus shows the force produced by a jet of water as it strikes a flat plate or hemispherical cup,hence then compare this to the momentum flow rate in the jet
  4. Venturi Meter: Venturi meters are flow measurement instruments which use a converging section of pipe to give an increase in the flow velocity and a corresponding pressure drop from which the flowrate can be deduced. They have been in common use for many years, especially in the water supply industry

PIPING ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY LABORATORY

  1. Power Threading Machine: To versatility for threads black, galvanized and
    plastic coated pipe, stainless steel, IMC,
    heavy-wall conduit, and rod up to RC 30.
  2. Portable Trish and Vise: Each TRISTAND pipe vise features integral folding legs for easy transport and setup, tool hangers and a base which overhangs the front legs for clear tool swing.
  3. Water Leak Detector: to detect the presence of water and provide an alert in time to allow the prevention of water leakage.
  4. Bench Drilling Machine:The bench drill is a smaller version of the pillar drill. This type of machine drill is used for drilling light weight pieces of material
  5. Water Pressure Pump Tester: For detecting a loose connection of mechanical joints and insufficient tightening of polybutene pipe. To find missing or insufficient epoxy application at the joint of vinyl chloride pipes.
  6. Portable Electric Threader: hand-held power drives provide on demand pipe fabrication for the jobsite.

Instruments/Equipments: 

  1. Table Saw: A table saw or sawbench is a woodworking tool, consisting of a circular saw blade, mounted on an arbor, that is driven by an electric motor (either directly, by belt, or by gears). The blade protrudes through the surface of a table, which provides support for the material, usually wood, being cut. 
  2. Automatik Wide Belt Sanders: The calibration phase allows for any reduction in the thickness of the panel by removing a layer and ensuring it is perfectly straight; while the sander renders the surface completely smooth.
    Both phases take place as the panel passes under the abrasive belts that are of varying degrees of abrasiveness depending on how much material needs to be removed and the type of wood being worked.
  3. Motrising Chisel Machine: A mortiser or morticer is a specialized woodworking machine used to cut square or rectangular holes in a piece of lumber (timber), such as a mortise in a mortise and tenon joint.
  4. Dust Extractor: Designed to handle high-volume dust loads, a dust collector system consists of a blower, dust filter, a filter-cleaning system, and a dust receptacle or dust removal system. It is distinguished from air purifiers, which use disposable filters to remove dust.

  2. 4 in 1 Meter Kit: To measure humidity, temp, lux and velocity.
  3. Solar Energy Trainer: The solar energy trainer introduces the fundamentals of a solar cell and conversion of the sun photons into electrical energy. This can be monitored with a built in voltmeter and ammeter to measure the voltage and current produced. The trainer allows the study of the characteristic and application of solar energy and the charge of batteries using solar energy.
  4. Fire Alarm Trainer: To work with smoke detector/sensor, work with heat detector/sensor, work with siren flasher.

  • Instruments/Equipments: 
  1. Total Station: A total station is an electronic/optical instrument used in modern surveying and building construction that uses electronic transit theodolite in conjunction transit theodolite in conjunction with electronic distance meter (EDM). It is also integrated with microprocessor, electronic data colecctor and storage system. 
  2. Auto Level: A dumpy level, builder's auto level, levelling instrument, or automatic level is an optical instrument used to establish or verify points in the same horizontal plane. It is used in surveying and building with a vertical staff to measure height differences and to tansfer, measure and set height.
  3. Surveying Prism:This offset is the most advantageous at close range work when the apex or center of the prism is used as a pointing target for vertical and horizontal angle measurement. Every surveying prism has a nodal offset.

  1. Asphalt Rotary Film Oven: Determination of road oil asphalt, rotary film oven heating on the impact of viscous asphalt. b)Determine the rotating film after heating asphalt residue.Max. Temperature: 200°C.
  2. California Bearing Test Machine: Determination of CBR ratio of undisturbed soil specimen obtained from the field. b)Remoulded specimen of the soiled compacted in the laboratory both in soaked and unsoaked state.
  3. Marshall Stability Test Machine: Measurement of the resistance to plastic flow of cylindrical speciments of bituminous paying mixtures loaded on the lateral surface. B) Used with hot mixtures containing asphalt or tar and aggregate. Max. size : 25mm.
  4. Automatic Compactor Machine: determination of resistance to plastic flow of fine aggregate bituminous mixtures. b)compaction of mixtures containing asphalt or tar and aggregate. Max. size : 25mm
  5. Digital Penetrometer: The instruments measures the hardness of bitumen according to EN 1426, ASTM D5, AASHTO T49.
  6. Pendulum Skid Tester TRRL: a) Road surface testing. b)Testing of new road surface materials. c) Testing of aggregates in the polished stone test. d)Testing of floors and pedestarian walkaways. e)Flooring materials product development. f)Testing of pavers, in the Flat Bed Polisher.
  7. Digital Ultrasonic Cleaner Manual: Remove dirt, grease, waxes and oil from lab instruments by ultrasonic frequency. Max. Time Cleaning: 30 minutes.

  2. Circular Arm Saw: The radial arm saw is a multi-purpose tool. It not only crosscuts and rips lumber but it can also be configured for use as a jointer, drill, router, sander, and lathe. The saws primary function is crosscutting. It can make a variety of crosscuts including: straight, miter, bevel, dadoe, and rabbet cuts.
    Both phases take place as the panel passes under the abrasive belts that are of varying degrees of abrasiveness depending on how much material needs to be removed and the type of wood being worked.
  3. Wood Planer:Generally all planes are used to flatten, reduce the thickness of, and impart a smooth surface to a rough piece of lumber or timber. Planing is also used to produce horizontal, vertical, or inclined flat surfaces on workpieces usually too large for shaping, where the integrity of the whole requires the same smooth surface. Special types of planes are designed to cut joints or decorative mouldings.

Instruments/Equipments: 

  1. DR6000 Spectrophotometer: DR6000 offers high speed wavelength scanning across the UV and Visible Spectrum, and comes with over 250 pre-programmed methods
  2. Furnace: A furnace is a device used for high-temperature heating which is up to 500°C.
  3. Fume Hood: Fume Hood is used to protect lab environment and operator during general chemical applications. It actively protects operator from inhaling toxic vapors and dramatically reduces the risk of fire and explosion.
  4. TL 2300 Turbidimeter: The TL2300 laboratory turbidimeter measures the scattered light from water samples to determine the turbidity value of the samples.
  5. Microbiological Incubator: An incubator is a device used to grow and maintain microbiologicalcultures or cell cultures. The incubator maintains optimal temperature, humidity and other conditions such as the carbon dioxide (CO2) and oxygen content of the atmosphere inside.
  6. BOD Incubator: BOD Incubator (Bio-Oxygen Demand) are used to maintain temperature for test tissue culture growth,storage of bacterial cultures and incubation where high degree of constant temperature accuracy is required.
  7. Laminar Flow: A laminar flow cabinet or laminar flow closet or tissue culture hood is a carefully enclosed bench designed to prevent contamination of semiconductor wafers, biological samples, or any particle sensitive materials.
  8. E-sampler: E-Sampler is a type of nephelometer which automatically measures and records real-time airborne PM10,PM2.5, or TSP particulate concentration levels using the principle of forward laser light scatter.
  9. DRB200 COD Reactor: The DRB200 thermostat ideally complements the Hach reagents (COD, TOC, Test 'N' tube).
