Biotechnology-Sustainable Material (B-SMAT) Focus Group

This focus group is established in Department of Chemical Engineering Technology to provide avenues for researchers with focus in the field of Bio sustainable material and technology to engage in mutually beneficial collaborative research and collective approach to engage in industry partners and community This focus group will help and guide Principal Researchers (PRs) in the focus group to be involved in research, publications, consultations and related matters. The focus group will perform activities to support this. Besides, this focus group will also strengthen research based on our set SDG goal. The collaborative effort by B-SMAT members in the past have resulted in several collaborations with industrial partners and research publications. Several B-SMAT members have been promoted to CoR and CoE level. This focus group is essential to continue the concerted effort in pushing research excellence for all current B-SMAT members and directly benefit the faculty as well.
