BACHELOR OF CIVIL ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY

The building services teams work closely with other engineering disciplines, architects, structural engineers and quantity surveyors on construction projects. The range of services required in our modern buildings is continuously expanding, offer building services engineering graduates a challenging and rewarding career choices and the chance to play a dynamic role in the future of the new environment.

On the other hand, the environment sector are required in large numbers of area from process engineering, environmental chemistry, water and wastewater treatment, waste reduction management to pollution prevention. Professional graduates from this program are able to work with government, private agencies, non-government organization (NGOs) and they are also opportunities in research and development (R&D) area working towards maintaining clean environment, green development and sustainable growth for the future needs.

The graduates from the construction sector will have the opportunity to work in government and private agencies. They are also able to work with contractors and consultants in the construction industries. In the field of research and development (R&D), the graduates may work as research officers in universities and private sectors.

 

BACHELOR OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY

Electrical engineering technology is a field that implement and apply the principles of electrical engineering. The role of electrical engineering technologists is primarily on designing, developing, testing, and manufacturing of electrical and electronic equipment and they may work in product evaluation and testing, using measuring and diagnostic devices to adjust, test, and repair equipments. Graduates of electrical engineering technology programs are capable of accommodate a wide range of career fields, such as:

1. Manufacturing: as a technologist in production, quality control, maintenance, etc
2. Research: as a researcher in industrial automation, telecommunication & computer and Electrical power
3. Education: as a lecturer, instructor and trainer
4. Consultant: as designer and quality control officer
5. Management: as a supervisor and technical manager in manufacturing
6. Marketing: as a sales manager in industrial automation, telecommunication & computer and Electrical power

 

BACHELOR OF CHEMICAL ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY

The graduates of this program will have the opportunity to work in government and private sectors. They may work as chemical engineering technologists in the government or private sectors. They are also able to work in the lines of education, research and development, research, safety and health, maintenance and operation, management and entrepreneur.
